    About Cypress

Selling Cypress and surrounding cities for over 32 years

Cary Hairabedian specializes in selling homes in the city of Cypress, California.  Home sellers choose Cary to represent them because of his extensive knowledge of Cypress, and his successful marketing program.  We work with professional photographers for interior and exterior photography; aerial photography; and a virtual walk-through tour of the homes we represent.  We also include virtual staging of the property if needed at no additional cost to you.

We provide beautiful custom full color brochures for our listings that attract and inform potential buyers.  We also provide the highest quality exposure on all of the major regional, national, and international real estate websites.  Of course we share our listings with the other 160 real estate agents in our office that specialize in the surrounding area.  These are just a few of the ways we share our listings to successfully attract and match the right buyers for the homes we represent.

We are fortunate to have the most successful real estate office in the area with 160 active real estate agents.  Our local office sells over $600 million in real estate each year – And I personally average over $40 million in home sales each year, selling a home every 7 days.  Our experience and success in today’s real estate market will make a difference in your success.

    Welcome to Cypress

Cypress was incorporated as a city in 1956.  In the 1960s, the town built 6,759 residential units and, in the following decade, another 5,154 units.  Cypress is still building but the dominant style was set between 1960 and 1980, when the town built about three-fourths of its housing stock.

In the single homes, this can be described as almost equal parts three-and four- bedroom, with a good amount of five or more bedrooms.  Many homes are two-story and two car garages.  The great majority of homes have been fleshed out with shrubs and trees or brickwork or wood shingles.  Cypress townhomes now start at $500,000. Single family homes start at $800,000, and the larger newer homes in Cypress are available $1.5 Million to $2 Million.
